[custom wedding invitation] tear-off RSVP postcard

> just a quick post to show how easy it is to personalize this eco-friendly wedding invitation package!

UPDATE: lesley customized her tear-off RSVP invite by adding a garden rose illustration to match her theme; printed on ivory matte paper with her choice of golden green envelopes
wedding invitation RSVP tear-off

Chelsea loved marilyn’s design {shown below} which included the tear-off response postcard, but she wanted to change the paper color & flower illustration to match her wedding theme! So, we changed the cardstock to a light pink & the flower to a gerber daisy. tear off response wedding invitation
marilyn‘s invite is printed on hot pink cardstock with a parrot tulip flower illustration {also shown with matching wedding cake by Studio Cake}

wedding cake & candy bar

> Cake by Rockwell’s Creative Gourmet Cakes, Orange, CA
> Our Farewell Table : each guest received a bag with cookies, a Krispy Kreme Doughnut, coffee/tea or bottle of water to go.  {came in very handy the next morning for breakfast!  😉

> My reception dress (from David’s Bridal)! I couldn’t dance in that big ball gown so I figured I better have a more comfortable alternative. Saw it online, went to the store over my lunch break, tried it on and walked out with it in under 15 mins.  There were 3 brides there trying on dresses and they all looked at me like “How did she just do that?”

> This is the wedding gift I gave to Tim.  I had a portrait painted of his (our) dog Suzie Q.  Painted by fellow Etsian: sharonlamb
> and Tim’s wedding surprise for me… his cousin is the high school mascot, Buzz The Yellowjacket.  On our first date, Tim was stung by a bee so we now have this great love of everything bee’s.  Of course he came out dancing to Imma Be by the Black Eyed Peas.  So classic.

Real Wedding: clare + steve = chemistry

Congratulations to clare + steve!  They just sent me a few images from their summer wedding {shot by Amy Squires Photography} & everything looks so bright & cheery, I’m loving how the colorful flowers pop against the brown, blue & cream!  I met with both of them about a year ago to discuss design on their full invitation & stationery suite {I also designed Clare’s sister’s invitations & was very happy for the family referral—thanks Amanda} 😉  They were so easy to work with & I’m very happy I was involved!

*I love-love how their custom monogram is piped on their wedding cake {made by It’s All About the Cake in Dana Point}.

*the periodic table card concept was clare’s {steve is a chemist} so they decided to do their table names as elements from the periodic table, the design was also carried on to each escort card to place their guests at the appropriate table.  So fun & unique for their wedding!
